贵州省教育厅关于休学的文件

一、休学条件
1.学生因身体健康原因需要休学，应向所在学校提出申请，学校应当给予批准。
2.学生休学期间，应当严格按照学校规定进行教育教学和生活管理，不得影响正常教育教学秩序。
3.学生休学时间一般不得超过两年，特殊情况可以适当延长，但延长的时间不得超过三年。
二、休学程序
1.学生向所在学校提出申请，学校应当给予批准。
2.学生休学期间，由所在学校负责其教育教学和生活管理。
3.学生休学结束后，应当及时向所在学校提交书面报告，学校应当对其进行核实。
三、休学费用
1.学生休学期间，应当严格按照学校规定缴纳学费、杂费等相关费用。
2.学校应当为学生提供必要的生活帮助，确保其顺利完成学业。
四、其他规定
1.学生休学期间，不得影响其正常参加教育教学活动和就业。
2.学校应当加强对学生休学管理和监督，确保学生休学期间的生活管理和教育教学活动的顺利进行。
