As a student who is厌学, I often feel frustrated and unmotivated. It\’s not that I don\’t like learning, but sometimes I just can\’t get into the rhythm of things. I feel like I\’m being constantly push down by my teachers and classmates, and I just don\’t have the energy to keep going.
One thing that helps me a lot is that I have a few friends who are also厌学. We often discuss our feelings and find ways to overcome our frustrations. I find that talking about it with them helps me to see things from their perspective and helps me to feel less alone.
Another thing that helps is that I try to focus on things that I enjoy. I find that doing things that I love, such as playing video games or watching movies, helps me to stay motivated. I also try to make time for things that I don\’t enjoy, such as studying, but I make sure to do them in a way that doesn\’t put me in a negative mindset.
However, despite my best efforts, I still have times when I feel like I\’m not doing enough. I often feel like I\’m falling behind in my studies, and I worry about how I\’ll fit in with my classmates when I graduate. I also worry about the future, and how I\’ll be able to support myself and my family.
I know that it\’s important to stay motivated and focused, but sometimes it\’s hard to do. I also know that I\’m not the only one who feels this way, and that there are many people who struggle with motivation and purpose. I hope that one day I\’ll find the right combination of strategies and support to be able to overcome these feelings and continue on my path.
