Hi. I’m from Scotland but I live in Barcelona Spain. I write magazines and books for teachers and students of English.I love music.I play the guitar and write songs. So I write songs, stories books and magazine articles.你好。我来自苏格兰但我住在西班牙巴塞罗那。我为英语教师和学生写杂志和书籍。我爱音乐。我弹吉他，写歌。所以我写歌，写故事书，写杂志文章。
How are you inspired to write your stories?你的创作灵感来自哪里？
I think the location of a story is very important.我觉得一个故事的定位非常重要。

I usually think of the location first and then imagine the characters.So the idea of this story started with the house next door and then the people inside the house.我一般是先想地点，再想象人物。这个故事的创意是从隔壁的房子开始的，然后是屋里的人。
What’s the most important part of a story?一个故事最重要的部分是什么？
The beginning. A story is like a film. I love going to the cinema. When you watch a film you usually know immediately if you like it or not. It’s the same with a book. The reader must like the story immediately.一开始。故事就像电影。我喜欢看电影。当你看一部电影时，你通常立刻就知道你是否喜欢它。读书也是一样。读者一定会立刻喜欢上这个故事。
